Overview

Precision component manufacturing covers every step between a drawing and a finished, assembly-ready part. The work is grouped into three capability families — sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, and mold design & manufacturing — so one project can move from prototype to volume without being re-quoted by a new supplier at each stage.

Engineering review happens before production starts. Drawings, tolerances, materials and process route are checked together, and any risk is raised while changes are still cheap.

Precision component manufacturing — sheet metal bending, CNC machining and mold tooling

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Bending, stamping, surface finishing and the secondary operations that make a part assembly-ready, run under one project and one quality system.

CNC Bending & Tube Bending

Press-brake forming for flat sheet and rotary-draw or roll bending for tube, programmed for repeatable angles on brackets, enclosures, frames and piping.

  • Angle tolerance±0.5° typical, ±0.25° on controlled fixtures
  • Max bending lengthUp to 3,000 mm
  • Max tube OD × wall200 × 5.0 mm

Stamping

Progressive, transfer and deep-draw tooling turns flat sheet into high-volume parts at low unit cost, with pilot runs available before tooling is finalised.

  • Typical tolerance±0.05 mm, ±0.01 mm on coining
  • Material thickness0.1 – 6 mm
  • Production speedUp to 120 strokes per minute

Grinding & Polishing

Abrasive grinding brings parts to final size and finish; mechanical, electrolytic and mirror polishing handle cosmetic and corrosion-critical surfaces.

  • Grinding tolerance±0.002 – ±0.01 mm
  • Achievable roughnessRa 0.05 – 0.8 μm
  • Mirror finishRa ≤ 0.1 μm

General Sheet Metal Operations

Tapping, drilling, PEM insertion and riveting handled in-house, so assembly-ready parts ship in one lot instead of moving between vendors.

CNC Machining

Milling, turning and grinding on 3- to 5-axis equipment with CMM inspection and finishing — from single prototypes to repeat production runs.

CNC Milling

Rotating cutters shape prismatic and 3D parts from solid, with 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis and high-speed strategies for brackets, housings and mold cores.

  • Typical tolerance±0.025 mm, ±0.01 mm on critical features
  • Work envelopeX 1500 × Y 800 × Z 700 mm
  • Surface roughnessRa 1.6 – 3.2 μm, 0.8 μm with finishing pass

CNC Turning

The workpiece rotates against a stationary tool to produce shafts, bushings, pins and fittings, including Swiss-type work for long, slender parts.

  • Typical tolerance±0.025 mm, ±0.005 mm on Swiss-type
  • Max turning diameterUp to Ø500 mm
  • Max bed lengthUp to 1,500 mm

CNC Grinding

Bonded abrasive wheels finish hardened parts to the size and surface quality that cutting alone cannot hold.

  • Typical tolerance±0.002 – ±0.01 mm
  • Surface roughnessRa 0.2 – 0.8 μm, 0.05 μm superfinishing
  • Typical partsBearing journals, gauges, precision shafts, mold cores

General Machining Operations

CNC hobbing for gears, wire EDM for hard and intricate profiles, plus tapping and drilling — the secondary processes that complete a machined part.

  • CNC hobbingSpur gears, helical gears and splines
  • Wire EDMConductive materials, complex profiles
  • Tapping & drillingThreads, through and blind holes

Frequently Asked Questions

What tolerances can you hold?

±0.05 mm is routine for sheet metal work, while CNC turning and grinding reach ±0.005–±0.01 mm on critical features. The achievable figure depends on material, geometry and inspection method, so it is confirmed during engineering review.

Do you accept prototype and low-volume orders?

Yes. Prototypes start at a single piece and first articles are typically ready in 1–2 weeks; the same process route is then scaled up for volume production.

Which drawing formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF and PDF files, or a physical sample for reverse engineering. Drawings are covered by an NDA and used only for your project.

Can several processes be combined in one order?

Yes. Bending, stamping, machining, finishing and assembly can run as one project with a single quality record, which avoids re-quoting between vendors.

What quality documents come with the parts?

First-article inspection reports, dimensional inspection reports and material certificates; PPAP or your own templates can be followed.

How is shipping handled?

Air and sea shipments under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms, with tracking and regular status updates until the goods arrive.
