When evaluating a team, cases are the most direct window. Review them with seven questions: What was your role in this project? How many steps from requirements to delivery? What was the biggest constraint and how was it solved? What files were finally delivered? Did the client actually keep using it? Which industry and market does this case correspond to? If the scenario changed, how would the approach adjust?

After these seven questions, whether the other party "actually did it" or "only showcased it" is basically impossible to hide.
