When you receive a brand design delivery, don't celebrate just yet — checking the list is more practical. A usable asset should at least include: primary, reversed, and simplified logo versions; a clear color system (with values); typography specs (one each for headings and body, with licensing notes); icons or auxiliary graphics; basic materials like business cards and letterhead; social media avatar and cover templates; packaging or label design; and a brand guideline that lays out all the above clearly.
Missing any piece stalls later use. For example, no font license means compliance risk in commercial use; no social template means operations must re-layout every time. The point of the checklist is to spot gaps before signing off, not after launch when they can't be filled.
We offer one-stop brand visual design from logo and VI to packaging and social media templates, and we also support a free diagnostic first to identify the assets you're missing most.
