The automatic tensioner assembly line effectively controls production tempo, process parameters, quality, and consistency, achieving parameter monitoring and traceability. Main units include servo idler press, servo assembly machine, riveting torque tester, drilling/tapping/milling machine, bolt tightening & height measuring machine, error-proof weighing & marking machine, electric servo press, and automatic bolt-tightening assembly machine.
Visual leak-free press assembly.Monitors the whole press process and supports pressure and displacement curve display. Pressure range 0-5T, pressure accuracy ±1%, displacement accuracy ±0.01MM. The vision camera prevents operators from missing parts into the tensioner assembly; the machine starts only after photo confirmation before pressing.
Commercial-vehicle axle air-spring installation equipment.Controls the tightening torque and compression of the air-spring bolts. Tightening torque range 0-100NM, accuracy ±1NM. Worktable space 0-1000MM, compatible with 95% of air-spring assemblies on the market.
Passenger-car timing tensioner assembly equipment.Uses servo cylinders for pressing and riveting. Pressure range: 0-5T, accuracy: ±1%. Displacement range: 0–200MM, accuracy: ±0.01MM, rotation angle: 360 degrees, accuracy 1%.
Bearing precision press-assembly equipment.Monitors the whole press process and supports pressure and displacement curve display. Pressure range: 0-5T (pressure can be customized per process, not limited to 5T). Pressure accuracy: ±1%. Displacement accuracy: ±0.01MM. After pressing, displacement and force are auto-saved.
This system meets the requirements of major domestic OEMs: every product coming off the line can be traced to prevent unjustified claims by OEMs; by scanning the QR code on the product with a scanner, data is displayed in real time and compliance is judged immediately. The system has power-failure memory, automatic protection, and fault alarm, and exports data via USB drive.
