This policy explains what personal information FangService ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights. We have written it in plain language on purpose.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is HANGZHOU UX TRADING CO., LTD, trading as FangService, a company registered in the People's Republic of China. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy".

What we do not collect

• We do not ask for or store payment card numbers. Payment is arranged outside the website (bank transfer or PayPal invoice); we only record the order and its status.
• We do not run session-replay or heat-map recording tools. No keystroke, mouse-movement or form-input recording takes place on this site.
• We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. See section 8.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site, and only to the extent they need it:

Our email delivery provider is Tencent Exmail (腾讯企业邮), operated by Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited. Its mail servers are located in mainland China. It processes your email address and the content of the message solely in order to deliver our mail to you, and it does not use that data for its own marketing. We do not use a separate bulk-marketing platform: marketing email is sent from the same corporate mailbox.

Important: information you enter about your own company is used to match you with buyer leads. It is never published into the directory that other members browse, and it is never disclosed to the overseas enterprises listed in the directory.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

6. International transfers

Our servers and our service providers are located in different countries. Where personal information leaves your country, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism, and we limit the transfer to what the purpose requires.

7. How long we keep it

• Account and company profile: while your account is active, then up to 24 months after your last sign-in, unless we must keep it longer for a legal claim.
• Order and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 10 years in China).
• Analytics data: up to 14 months, then deleted or aggregated.
• Marketing list: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record of your email so we do not contact you again by mistake.

8. Age requirement

This is a business-to-business service. You must be at least 18 years old, and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement, to create an account. We ask you to confirm this with a separate checkbox at registration. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has registered, write to us and we will delete the account.

9. Marketing email and how to stop it

We only send marketing email to people who ticked the optional consent box, or who asked us for information. Every marketing email we send contains:

• a one-click unsubscribe link that works without logging in, and
• our full postal address, as required by the US CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws.

You can also unsubscribe at any time from this page, or by replying to any marketing email with "unsubscribe". We action requests within 10 business days. Service messages about an order you placed (unlock codes, payment confirmation) are not marketing and are sent regardless of your marketing preference.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know whether we hold information about you, and get a copy;
• correct information that is wrong;
• delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law;
• object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
• receive your information in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
• complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will not charge you for a first request.

11. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and we never email a password to you. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to member records is limited to staff who need it for the purposes above. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes that affect your rights are announced on the site or by email before they take effect.

本政策说明方氏服务（FangService，下称"我们"）通过本网站收集哪些个人信息、为什么收集、与谁共享、保留多久，以及你如何行使自己的权利。我们刻意写得直白。

一、谁负责处理你的数据

数据控制者为 杭州友笑贸易有限公司，以 方氏服务（FangService） 名义经营，系在中国注册的公司。任何隐私相关问题或请求，请发邮件至 [email protected]，标题注明"隐私"。

我们不收集什么

• 不主动收集未满 18 周岁者的信息。见第八条。

我们的邮件发送服务商为腾讯企业邮（Tencent Exmail），由腾讯科技（深圳）有限公司运营，邮件服务器位于中国大陆境内。其仅以向我们之外的第三方投递邮件为目的处理你的电子邮箱地址与邮件内容，不将该数据用于其自身营销。我们未另用第三方群发平台：营销邮件同样通过企业邮箱发出。

重要：你填写的本公司信息只用于与你匹配买家线索，绝不会被公开到其他会员浏览的名录里，也绝不会透露给名录中的海外企业。

在法律要求，或为确立、抗辩法律主张所必需时，我们也可能披露相关信息。

六、跨境传输

我们的服务器与服务商位于不同国家。个人信息出境时，我们依据标准合同条款或同等传输机制，并将传输范围限制在用途所需的最小必要。

七、保留期限

• 账号与企业资料：账号存续期间，以及最后一次登录后最长 24 个月；为应对法律主张需延长的除外。
• 订单与发票记录：按税务与会计法要求的期限（中国通常为 10 年）。
• 统计数据：最长 14 个月，之后删除或聚合。
• 营销名单：保留至你退订为止；另保留一条邮箱抑制记录，避免误发。

八、年龄要求

本服务为企业对企业服务。你必须年满 18 周岁并具有完全民事行为能力才能注册。注册时我们会用一个单独的勾选框请你确认。我们不主动收集未满 18 周岁者的个人信息；如你认为有未成年人注册，请来信，我们将删除该账号。

九、营销邮件与如何退订

我们只向勾选了选填同意项、或主动向我们索取资料的人发送营销邮件。我们发出的每一封营销邮件都包含：

• 无需登录即可生效的一键退订链接；
• 我们的完整邮政地址（美国 CAN-SPAM 法及同类法律要求）。

你也可以随时在此页面退订，或直接回复任意营销邮件并注明"退订"。我们在 10 个工作日内处理。与你已下订单相关的服务消息（解锁码、付款确认）不属于营销，不受营销偏好影响。

十、你的权利

视你所在地区，你可能有权：

• 了解我们是否持有你的信息，并取得副本；
• 更正不准确的信息；
• 删除你的信息（法律规定必须保留的除外）；
• 反对或限制特定处理，包括直接营销；
• 以可携带格式获取你的信息；
• 随时撤回同意，且不影响撤回前已进行的处理；
• 向当地数据保护机构投诉。

行使上述任一权利，请发邮件至 [email protected]。我们将在 30 天内答复。处理前可能需要核验你的身份，首次请求不收费。

十一、安全

密码以哈希形式存储，绝不明文保存，我们也绝不会把密码发到你邮箱。传输过程加密。会员记录的访问权限仅限因上述用途需要的员工。没有绝对安全的系统；如发生影响你权利的数据泄露，我们将依法通知你及主管机关。

十二、政策变更

如我们改变个人信息的处理方式，会更新本页并修改顶部日期。影响你权利的重大变更，会在生效前通过站内公告或邮件告知。

六、跨境傳輸

我們的伺服器與服務商位於不同國家。個人資訊出境時，我們依據標準契約條款或同等傳輸機制，並將傳輸範圍限制在用途所需的最小必要。

七、保留期限

• 帳號與企業資料：帳號存續期間，以及最後一次登入後最長 24 個月；為應對法律主張需延長的除外。
• 訂單與發票記錄：依稅務與會計法要求的期限。
• 統計資料：最長 14 個月，之後刪除或彙總。
• 行銷名單：保留至你退訂為止；另保留一筆電子郵件抑制記錄，避免誤發。

八、年齡要求

本服務為企業對企業服務。你必須年滿 18 歲並具有完全行為能力才能註冊。註冊時我們會用一個獨立的勾選框請你確認。我們不主動蒐集未滿 18 歲者的個人資訊；如你認為有未成年人註冊，請來信，我們將刪除該帳號。

九、行銷郵件與如何退訂

我們只向勾選了選填同意項、或主動向我們索取資料的人寄送行銷郵件。我們寄出的每一封行銷郵件都包含：

• 無需登入即可生效的一鍵退訂連結；
• 我們的完整郵政地址（美國 CAN-SPAM 法及同類法律要求）。

你也可以隨時在此頁面退訂，或直接回覆任意行銷郵件並註明「退訂」。我們在 10 個工作天內處理。與你已下訂單相關的服務訊息（解鎖碼、付款確認）不屬於行銷，不受行銷偏好影響。

十、你的權利

視你所在地區，你可能擁有下列權利：了解我們是否持有你的資訊並取得副本、更正不準確的資訊、刪除你的資訊、反對或限制特定處理（包含直接行銷）、以可攜格式取得你的資訊、隨時撤回同意、向當地資料保護機關申訴。

十一、安全

密碼以雜湊形式儲存，絕不明文保存，我們也絕不會把密碼寄到你的信箱。傳輸過程加密。會員記錄的存取權限僅限因上述用途需要的員工。
